Dr. Rami Nasrallah - Founder and Head of IPCC
Dr. Nasrallah founded the IPCC in 1998 and is the executive head of the organization. He is in charge of overall management of IPCC and program implementation. He plays the leadership role in developing IPCC’s future work plans. Dr. Nasrallah received his doctorate in Urban Planning from the TU-Delft University in the Netherlands. Since 2003 he has been a Research Associate in the "Conflict in Cities" project ( www.conflictincities.org  ) at Cambridge University.

Prof. Rassem Khamaisi - Head of IPCC Planning Team and Academic Committee
Prof. Khamaisi is a senior urban and regional planner leading IPCC’s multidisciplinary planning team involved in planning areas in East Jerusalem and Area “C” in the West Bank. Prof. Khamaisi sets the annual programme and priorities of the urban research conducted by IPCC on the Israeli- Palestinian conflict in general and the Jerusalem issue in particular. He received his doctorate from the Department of Geography at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. In addition to his role at IPCC he is also Associate Professor in Urban Planning and Geography at the Department of Geography and Environmental Studies at the Haifa University.

Dr. Omar M. Yousef – Head of IPCC Alternative Planning Department
Dr. Yousef is a physical planner responsible for the field work of the junior planning team. He also provides guidance to international students participating in IPCC’s planning programme on Jerusalem and contested cities. As a Fulbright fellow he earned his doctorate in Planning, Policy and Design from the School of Social Ecology, University of California, Irvine. In addition to his role at IPCC he is also a professor at Al Quds University and Academic Coordinator of the MA program on Jerusalem Studies.

Dr. Robert D. Brooks - Senior Consultant for Publications and Research
Dr. Brooks is a researcher and chief editor of IPCC’s strategic studies series on Jerusalem. His work has focused on the economic impact of the Israeli occupation and the effect of the Wall on life in Jerusalem. Dr. Brooks received his Ph. D. in the field of communication at Cornell University, New York. He has taught at several universities, including the University of Illinois, the University of Wisconsin, Northwestern University, and the Universitaet Koeln (Germany).

Mr. Amer Hidmi – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hidmi is responsible for the overall management of IPCC’s Jerusalem and Ramallah offices. He received his Master’s degree from Al-yarmouk University in Jordan.

Ms. Nahed Natsheh - Coordinator for Publication Production and Program Development in the Civil Society Department
Ms. Natsheh assists the Head and CEO in developing activities and programmes for the Civil Society Department. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Al Quds University in Finance and Business Administration.

Mr. Sharar Barghouti – Coordinator for Youth Programs in the Civil Society Department
Mr. Barghouti coordinates IPCC’s civil society projects. His responsibilities include designing work plans; training teams for field work; coordinating activities to meet deadlines; and conducting evaluations and follow-up activities in the field. Mr. Barghouti received his Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Birzeit University.

 Ms. Ingrid N. - Fundraising Coordinator/ Public Relations Officer
Ms. N. is responsible for developing grants projects relevant to new fundraising opportunities. In addition, she manages public and media relations and distribution of information regarding IPCC's projects. Ms. N. received her Master of Political Sciences degree from the University of Uppsala in Sweden.

Ms. Nour Lidawieh – Assistant Public Relations Officer
Ms. Lidawieh is in charge of local media and IPCC’s homepage. She is currently an undergraduate of Civil Engineering in Birzeit University.

Mr. Jihad Ashhab – Financial Manager
Mr. Ashhab oversees IPCC’s finance and accounting area. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Al-Najah University.

Ms. Fathiyeh Hotari - Administrative Assistantand Publications Production Assistant for the Jerusalem Office
Ms. Hotari is administrative assistant to the Head of IPCC and to the CEO. In addition to managing daily bookkeeping matters, she coordinates IPCC’s publication processes. She has a diploma in secretarial and office studies.

Ms. Shahd Waari - Senior Project Coordinator in the Alternative Planning Department
Ms. Waari coordinates activities within the framework of IPCC’s planning projects. In addition she contributes to IPCC’s urban research. She received her degree in Architectural Engineering from Birzeit University and is a doctoral candidate at the University of Berlin.
